let's talk about music!

Dashboard Confessional:
there is something in their songs that i can completely relate to. maybe because there's so much anger in their music. or maybe because it's just so emotionally hardcore! hahah! if ever i'll be on the verge of screaming, i'll surely play and just sing along with their songs. yeah, what a creative way of pouring out repressed emotions! heheh...
my personal favorites are vindicated, don't wait, and from their previous albums, ghost of a good thing and screaming infidelities.

James Blunt:
i fall to sleep with this one. if other people depend on sleeping pills, me, i just listen to this album. sorry, no offense meant to james blunt coz i really like his melodies, but it's just that i can't relate to some of his lyrics. (err.. mura'g kinsa nga critic uy...)


Damien Rice:
the best album i've ever listened to. i came to know damien rice through the movie "closer" which featured the song "the blower's daughter". the album contains 9 more tracks that immediately became my personal favorites! the mournful solo cello and the vocals by Damien Rice and Lisa Hannigan make this album appealing to my current taste. now, i can't wait for damien's new album '9' which will be released later this year. time to save up for that! wahh!

there are also other CDs that i listen to like daniel powter's debut CD which is also great, beyonce's b-day, nelly furtado's loose, fergie's london bridge, james morrison's, gavin degraw's chariot, etc. i usually play them in the morning, para naman to start the day in high energy di ba? heheh.. pang soundtrack sa ever crowded train. heheh
